Subscriptions & monthly recurring charges
A subscription is a monthly recurring charge with no set end date. You may cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days before your next billing date. Cancellations made after this period take effect the following month. There are no pro-rated refunds for partial months. To cancel, email support@digitalbiz.ai.
Payment plans & instalment payments
When purchasing using a payment plan, you are committing to the full payment amount. These plans cannot be cancelled mid-term. Cancelling your payment method or missing a payment does not cancel your financial obligation.
Refund policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. After this 14-day period, all sales are final. To request a refund, email support@digitalbiz.ai.
Termination
We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site or any part of it at any time without notice.
Dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute. Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation, then by mediation in accordance with the CEDR Model Mediation Procedure, before commencing court proceedings.
Class action waiver
You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not permitted.
Severability
If any clause within these Terms of Service is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be severed and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
